Work-related stress is increasing but organisations which take proactive steps in the area of staff health and wellbeing improve workforce trust and see that increasing staff wellbeing can in turn improve engagement, commitment and performance. Dr Paul Litchfield OBE, government advisor and expert on wellbeing at work, believes that traditional health monitoring and sickness absence management cannot achieve the potential 10-15% improvement in productivity which is possible with good workplace wellbeing.
Shiny Mind has created Resilience: Your Mindset; Your Choice which is a practical, challenging and empowering mindset programme developed around a new psychotherapeutic model of change, our ‘ABLE’ model, which includes CBT, transactional analysis, and positive psychology.
To date the programme has been delivered to almost 2000 employees with positive results - 98.89% of attendees have rated it as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’, 97.04% have said it has improved resilience, 96.3% that it has helped stress management, and 99.26% would recommend the programme to colleagues.
