The ShinyMind App

The ShinyMind App rolls out the impact of our successful Resilience programme, added to other tailored resources for NHS staff, and also creates an interactive community to improve wellbeing and resilience for every member of staff. It can engage with and connect all staff within a Trust, proactively supporting their wellbeing 24/7, for 365 days a year.

The App has been co-designed with all levels of NHS staff groups who have attended the Resilience programme, including various specific staff groups including nursing and medical staff. This has enabled the creation of a wellbeing and resilience resource designed for everyone working in the NHS.

Resilience: Your Mindset Your Choice

Work-related stress is increasing but organisations which take proactive steps in the area of staff health and wellbeing improve workforce trust and see that increasing staff wellbeing can in turn improve engagement, commitment and performance. Dr Paul Litchfield OBE, government advisor and expert on wellbeing at work, believes that traditional health monitoring and sickness absence management cannot achieve the potential 10-15% improvement in productivity which is possible with good workplace wellbeing.

Platform – Working together for transformation

Platform is an identity level programme to help NHS leaders and their teams step up with self-confidence, belief, authenticity and courage, in order to have impact and personal influence on the next steps of their own leadership journey and to successfully deliver and embody a health economy’s values and strategic vision. This leadership development programme resources self-awareness and acceptance from within in order to allow leaders to step forward into a place of authenticity, impact and influence both within their teams and across the wider internal and external stakeholders.


Spotlight has been created in response to popular demand as an impactful 2 day residential programme which supports NHS talent in getting ready to step up to leadership positions, by developing their ability to personally influence and engage so they can inspire, negotiate and command their space.

As an identity level programme, Spotlight works as it’s based on personal values, individual style and what’s important to you in your work.

i2i – Impact to influence and inspire

The i2i programme takes NHS leaders through a facilitated reflective and interactive development journey over a two-and-a-half-day residential experience. The development allows leaders to unlock, harness and develop their own individual and collective leadership message of change.  Drawing on experiences which have previously driven leadership behaviour and actions, participants gain access to new techniques and thinking to enable them to lead authentically and develop a new level of self-awareness and confidence of their leadership style.
